Project Duration Up to four years Question Deadline 09/24/2024 at 11:00 AM PT Online Q&A Yes The purpose of this RFQ is to develop a list of pre-qualified Respondents willing to provide Water & Power Facility and Renewable Energy Planning Engineering Services in support for various projects and assignments throughout Metropolitan's distribution system and service area. These pre-qualified consultants will be used for on-call professional service agreements, depending upon the needs of Metropolitan. Respondent must meet the following minimum qualifications. Respondent's SOQ will be deemed non-responsive to the extent that it does not meet the minimum qualifications. 1. Respondents' Project Manager and Key Personnel shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in performing the requested services (see Section Two - Scope of Services for detailed descriptions) 2. Respondents' Project Manager, Key Personnel, and Sub-consultants shall hold current and valid State of California Professional Engineers registrations and licenses, appropriate to the technical category of services provided. 3. Respondent entities, including sub-consultants, shall have been established providers of the type of services required by the scope of services for at least five (5) years.
