Renovation of a water / sewer project in Alice, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of 11/14/2024, all bids were rejected. Questions Deadline Friday, October 11, 2024, by 5 p.m. Questions regarding the bid packet and/or Scope of Work of the project shall be directed only by email. The City of Alice hereby requests sealed bids from interested equipment vendors/contractors to supply blower and installation for the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant. The City intends to select one supplying firm from the Invitation of Sealed Bids (IFB) to supply products and work specified in the Scope of Work section of the bid package. Possible Award Tuesday, October 29, 2024 Evaluation Period October 17 to October 24, 2024 The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to accept the bid which, in the City s opinion, seems most advantageous to the City and in the best interest of the Public. Bids may be held by the City of Alice for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders' qualifications prior to the contract award.
