The study is to include the study and analysis of all current conditions for Arch., Struct., Elec., HVAC, Elevator, Comm infrastructure, Security infrastructure, as well as identify hazardous materials in co-ordination with property management. Further additions to the scope are provided in the RFP document. OPS and OPP clearances are required to deliver the project. Please note that the Confidentiality Agreement cannot be altered nor modified in any way.
