Through its subsidiary CBT Property Corp., Columbia Basin Trust (the "Trust") invites qualified firms ("Proponents") to submit a proposal (each, a "Proposal") to construct a new office building located in the Village of Nakusp, BC. The new two-story office building design has been completed and includes: Approximately 375 m2 (4,039 ft2) Space for up to 12 staff Mix of offices and cubicles Boardroom for up to 16 people Staff change room/showers, kitchen, eating/break area, patio Storage areas for utility, data and office supplies Rooftop solar array system Energy efficient and accessible building design 12 on-site parking spots and secure bike storage An EV charging station for Trust EV's Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
