Reference Number 0000362609 Job Location: 480 Willow Springs Road A description of the work to be performed generally includes installing steel bracing and insulation to the walls of the existing distributor shed structure. After adding additional bracing, two new insulated roll up doors will be installed to either side to maintain an above freezing temperature inside the shed at all times. Electric heaters and hvac equipment will also be installed to maintain the temperature during the winter months. Site work includes adding a new concrete landing to either side for the insulated door to land on and for vehicle access, and all incidental work required to complete the project as specified in the drawings and specifications. A Bid Bond of 5 % of the Bid will be required. No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date Bids are opened. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid.
