Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Ashley, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Consisting of a New Headworks Screening and Pump Building, Storage Facility and Miscellaneous Wrf Improvements as More Fully Described in the Contract Documents Prepared by Brown and Caldwell Payment of These Items Will Not Be Refunded. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the Form of Either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the Full Amount of the Bid (Including All Add Alternates) or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit in an Amount Equal to 10% of the Bid (Including All Add Alternates), as Described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is a Prevailing Wage Project. Davis - Bacon Act Requirements Apply to This Project. This Procurement is Subject to the Epa Policy of Encouraging the Participation of Small Businesses From Rural Areas. (Sbras) No Bidder May Withdraw Its Bid Within Sixty (60) Days After the Bid Opening. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities in Bids, to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Conduct Such Investigation as Necessary to Determine the Lowest and Best Bidder for Each Contract.
