Ahson 10th Floor AHU Equipment Installation The Right is Reserved to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Informalities. Scope of Work GENERAL NOTES: 1. It is the intent to provide a 100% turnkey project ready for occupancy upon completion. Items not mentioned in the specifications, nor shown on the drawings but clearly necessary for occupancy and a complete and usable space, must be provided in good working order and 100% operational. 2. Provide all labor, material, equipment and expertise necessary to perform work in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications herein. 3. Protect all remaining utilities, flooring, ceiling, ceiling devices and walls in surrounding areas. 4. Work to be coordinated with clients office requirements and student class schedule. This information will be provided but is subject to change. The LSUHSC Construction Coordinator will keep the contractor informed as soon as possible if/when any changes arise. 5. All demolition work or loud activities shall be scheduled after hours or weekends.
