The Landfill Bridge Over Lytle Creek Project is a Design-build Project That Consists of Engineering and Constructing a New Bridge on New Foundation Over Lytle Creek. Bridge is Intended for Use by Heavy Equipment Each Bidder is Required to Furnish With Its Proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in Accordance With Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid Security Furnished in Bond Form Shall Be Issued by a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the State of Ohio to Provide Said Surety. The Successful Bidder Must Replace the Bid Guaranty With a One-hundred Percent Performance Bond Upon Award of the Bid. Each Proposal Must Contain the Full Name of the Party or Parties Submitting the Proposal and All Persons Interested Therein. Each Bidder Must Submit Evidence of Its Experiences on Projects of Similar Size and Complexity. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid Within Sixty (60) Days of the Actual Date of the Bid Opening Thereof. The Board of Control of the City of Wilmington Reserves the Right to Accept the Lowest and Best Bid, Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive Any Irregularities in Bids.
