Site work for a water / sewer project in Holden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following work: Phase 1: Drill, log, test pump, and sample an 8" diameter test well to a minimum depth of approximately 600 feet. Kyler LaRose, Assistant Project Manager (klarose@sunrise-eng.com) or (435) 743-1152 Question Deadline 10/09/2024 Phase 2: If the test well proves to be successful, construct a 20" diameter culinary well with a 601' deep borehole and a 12" diameter casing & screen with filter pack, check alignment, install casing, sanitary seal, develop & perform pumping tests, install temporary welded casing seal cap, clean up the site, and remove equipment and materials The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. The start date of the project will be flexible. The project must achieve final completion by April 1, 2025, or by the end of the 120-day period, whichever occurs first The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
