Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is seeking a Contractor to provide Earthwork services and develop a PCA lot in Nahanni Butte, in the Dehcho Region of the Northwest Territories, Canada. Address Inquiries to: Alison Guilford alison.guilford@pc.gc.ca Telephone No. 204-390-7234 Fax No. 1-855-983-1808 This contract will include all associated earthworks including, but not limited to, excavation of the top layer of organics, placement of geotextile, loading, delivery, spreading and compaction of all granular materials as per the Site Works engineered drawing provided Site Location is Nahanni Butte, LOT 17 Plan 4522, a remote community (population 100) with summer barge and winter ice bridge accessibility only. The community has some accommodations and services capacities. Site works is required to make the lot ready for foundational work and provide flood mitigation. Parks Canada has chosen to proceed with this construction in the fall of 2024 so that the lot is ready for spaceframe foundation and modular installation via winter road access in February or March 2025.
