Reference Number: 0000363373 The City is seeking to enter a contract with a qualified contractor for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of approximately 3,200 LF of 12-foot wide concrete trail along Onion Creek between RM967 and Garison Park and City Park. The opinion of probable construction cost for this is $1,117,000 to $1,229,000. An acceptable bid bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guaranty that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter contract with the City of Buda and furnish bonds on the forms provided. The successful bidder or bidders will be required to furnish a performance bond, payment bond, and maintenance bond as stipulated in the specifications. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) calendar days.
