Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Saint Germain, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of St. Germain is seeking bids for the demolition of what is commonly called the Old Pavilion located on the southern edge of the Community Park along Hwy 70 West. The bid will include the demolition of the pavilion and barbecue pit area, the concrete flooring under the pavilion and the concrete base of the barbecue pits. The bid also is to include the removal and disposal of all material associated with the demolition of these two structures. The area where thee pavilion and barbacue pits were will also need to be leveled. Any questions may be directed to Tom Christensen at 715-891-5967.
