"Office Mobilization" to remove and re-install furniture when project is completed per new proposed floor plan. o Contractor must arrange labor, material and equipment to remove existing drywall on hallway and office side wall(s) to perform new scope of work. In designated areas only. o Provide labor and material to frame in (1) new interior structural sound wall & (1) new rough opening for door and side lite combination. Location specified in the new proposed floor plan, owner to approve. In addition, contractor should frame an opening for new HVAC ducting as indicated by owner. o Must provide labor and material to remove existing switches/plugs & lighting to accommodate the new proposed floor plan. o Provide labor and material to install (2) new entry light switches, (4-6) new receptacle plugs & relocate office ceiling lighting to accommodate new proposed floor plan. Data drops if needed. o Contractor must use and provide labor and material to insulate with sound deadening insulation to the new wall and apply 5/8" "QuietRock" gypsum board to both sides. o Must arrange for labor and material to secure drywall, tape, mud and apply final coat to match existing wall(s) (smooth textured wall). o Provide labor and material to install (1) 3070 w/12" side lite 1/4 " tempered glass & hollow metal door frame.
