Renovation of a road / highway in Preble, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway.
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Preble will accept sealed bids for: Contract No. 1 - East Hill Road Slope Stabilization FEMA Project The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the Plans and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: The project includes restoring approximately 265 linear feet of highway embankment by re-establishing standard slopes and installing stone fill slope protection. The project also includes the replacement of two drainage pipes crossing East Hill Road and the installation of a new drainage structure. Approximately 295 feet of full depth reconstruction of the roadway shoulders will be required and the existing guiderail will be removed and reset within the project limits. Traffic will be maintained through an off-site detour. The DBE goal for this project is 5%. There are no M/WBE goals for this project.
