Moose Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant upgrades to enable 261 new homes to be built in North Stormont. The pumping station is located on Simeon Lane in Moose Creek and pumps wastewater from the collection system to the lagoon. TIMELINE: Provincial Funding has been announced. The Ontario Clean Energy Water Agency will project manage the upgrades. The Township of North Stormont is initiating a Schedule C Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) study for the proposed expansion of the existing Moose Creek Wastewater Treatment Lagoon (WWTL). Construction timelines are undefined. Updates may be available spring 2026.
