Work in the Plumbing Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Selective demolition of existing plumbing systems, equipment, and accessories as noted on drawings and as required for renovation work. Disconnect and cap all utilities to plumbing fixtures and equipment noted to be removed. 2. Sanitary drain and vent piping systems. 3. Grease waste drainage piping system and exterior below grade grease interceptor including final connection to sanitary sewer 5' beyond grease interceptor. Acid resistant drainage piping system and exterior below grade acid neutralization tank including final connection to sanitary sewer 5' beyond acid neutralization tank.
