Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sooke, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,478-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following: Upgrading the existing parking lot and constructing an addition to the Aylard Farm parking lot at East Sooke Regional Park. This includes clearing, grubbing, and stripping areas, preparing the subgrade, sub-base, and asphalt surfacing for both new and existing areas. The project also includes decommissioning the existing pit toilet, building a new toilet facility with supply, and installation of a precast holding tank.
