Site work for a water / sewer project in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**Addenda can only be obtained directly from the owner** This contract includes decoratively restoring the water tank and tower at the corner of Yanceyville Street and Textile Drive in Greensboro, NC. This is an existing water tank that is no longer in service. The work in this contract includes cleaning the outside of the tank and tower to provide a rust-free surface, repairing the outside surface of the tank and tower, and coating application of the tank's exterior along with the installation of two logos of the same style and color. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and tools required to perform all of the work listed in these specifications, including the disposal of any generated waste. There is also an alternate bid that consists of cleaning, scarifying, installing a single logo, and applying polyurethane on the logo on the Gorrell Street water tank located at 401 Gorrell Street. This is an existing water tank that is currently in service.
