Reference Number 0000363201 The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver, (F.O.B. the Chemung County Elmira Wastewater Treatment Facility, 600 Milton Street, Elmira, NY and the Chemung County Sewer District No. 1 Wastewater Treatment Facility, 1700 Lake Street, Elmira NY) the polymers required for extraction of water from sludge by belt filter press operation. Technical Services: The bid price shall include the cost for in-person professional technical services and consultations at the Wastewater Facility site(s) upon request by the district for up to ten (10) days per year.
