TIMELINE: Request for proposals for architectural services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance is underway. Reference number: 20019608. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-10-02. Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document. During the tender period, the Project Manager will organize an information visit at 300, rue King Est, Sherbrooke, Quebec, J1G 1B1. During this visit, representatives of the Project Manager will answer questions from bidders. All bidders, contractors and subcontractors will be deemed to have visited the site, and no claims for lack of site knowledge will be submitted or accepted. There will be one architectural firm for the three areas indicated (this present call for professional tenders). The professionals will take care of three construction tender calls as well.
