Gann Road Guardrail Replacement A 10% bid deposit and a Certificate of Non-Collusion must accompany all bid submissions. Every request for information or interpretation of the Contract Documents or Drawings must be addressed in writing to the Senior Purchasing Agent Town of East Hampton, 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, New York 11937 (fax) 631-324-2918 or emailed jcarroza@ehamptonny.gov, and to be given any consideration, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Any such interpretations or supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda, and will be mailed or faxed to all prospective bidders. The failure of any bidder to receive any such addenda will not relieve the bidder of any obligation under his bid as submitted. Any addenda so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents The Town Board of the Town of East Hampton reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received.
