Tender has been cancelled. This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by City of Kingston (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Work under this Contract including the wholesale roof replacement at Roof R2 and Roof R3 at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour, in the City of Kingston in the Province of Ontario. The building located at 53 Yonge Street in Kingston, Ontario is currently used as the Portsmouth Olympic Harbour Marina Office and restaurant and was built circa 1976. The building has three different low sloped roof system, including an inverted built-up roof (BUR) system with precast pavers roof assembly, a modified bituminous membrane (MBM) flat roof assembly, and a conventional built-up roof (BUR) assembly.
