This on-call project consists of the required annual painting of the cranes at both Barbours Cut Terminal and Bayport Container Terminal for the preservation and ensured longevity of operations. An annual contract is awarded to ensure the cranes are in the optimal condition. Proposal Security (5% of greatest amount proposed). Question Deadline 10/09/2024 at 5:00 PM CT. All technical questions and requests for clarification pertaining to the Proposal Documents shall be submitted, at least seven (7) calendar days before the Response is due, using the Port Authority's electronically. For general questions regarding business with Port of Houston Authority: Procurement Services: 713-670-2461. The Work is to be completed: no later than December 31, 2025. The award date is currently scheduled for December 10, 2024. The Response and all required documents shall remain valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the Response Due Date. The Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Responses.
