(1) The AESO is seeking mechanical maintenance, repair, service and material supply for services for a period of five (5) years starting as of December 1st, 2024 and ending November 30th 2029 that includes but is not limited to: (a) boiler service and repair; (b) sewage lift station repair or upgrade; (c) chiller, condensing unit and variable refrigerant flow ("VRF") unit service and repair; (d) plumbing and sanitary repair, installation and maintenance; (e) backflow / cross connection device testing, repair and replacement; (f) heating, cooling and domestic water pump service, repair, replacement and installation; (g) dry cooler service and repair; (h) pipework alterations, modifications, repair and installation; (i) diesel fuel pipework and pumping system repair and maintenance; (j) natural gas piping, systems and valve repair, installation, maintenance and alteration; (k) HVAC / air handling unit maintenance and repair; (l) mechanical materials and equipment supply; (m) roof top unit (combined heating, cooling and ventilation) maintenance and repair; (n) isolation and control valve repair and replacement; (o) unit heater repair and maintenance (gas fired and hot water coil type); (p) fan maintenance and repair; (q) sheet metal / ductwork, damper, louvre and actuator modification, repair and installation; (r) air conditioning unit service, repair and maintenance; and (s) emergency call out (24/7) for mechanical emergencies Estimated Contract Start Date Dec 1, 2024 Estimated Contract End Date Nov 30, 2029 Estimated Contract Duration 4 Year(s) -- 51 Week(s) -- 4 Day(s) Question Deadline 10/03/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions on to be submitted by email to corporatefacilities@aeso.ca Contact Person Ian Thompson Manager Method of Contact corporatefacilities@aeso.ca The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
