Site work and renovation of a civil project in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed Work is generally described as follows: Work of the project includes the construction of a new 930 LF 24" DIP raw waterline for the Broad River Water Authority Water Treatment Plant. The raw waterline will be installed adjacent to the existing raw water line to provide redundancy. Work also includes installation of a 15 Hp vertical industrial turbine recycle pump and connection to existing recycle waterline. The Contract Documents will be on file and available for examination at the Water Treatment Plant at 1661 Baber Road, Rutherfordton, North Carolina 28139. A detailed Invitation to Bid is available without charge at online. Bidders should review the Invitation to Bid for details such as pre-bid conference, licensing, bid security, and other requirements. The Owner will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any bidder in preparation of its Bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional Bids or counter Bids, and to accept the Bid that will be in the best interest of the Owner. Question Deadline 10/04/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
