As of October 18, 2024, project has been cancelled. The Housing Authority of the City of Vancouver (VHA), on behalf of a soon-to-be-formed Limited Liability Partnership, is issuing this invitation to bid with the intention of awarding a contract for the purchase of design and installation of a solar system at our Weaver Creek property, in accordance with RCW 39.26. A Contract may be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The VHA reserves the right to amend and modify this competitive solicitation. This project is subject to Federal Davis-Bacon Wage requirements. Attachment E - Required HUD Forms contains HUD-mandated general conditions as well as forms that must be submitted with any bid. The only form that is not required to be submitted with any bid is the WH-347 Payroll form, which will be used post-award.
