Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and stadium.
** As of 12/19/2024 project has been awarded to Downey Contracting, L.L.C. with $7,197,188.80.** Improvements at Wiley Post Park 2021 South Robinson Avenue This American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) project provides for improvements to existing park amenities. The design elements are focused on the north shore of the park. Improvements are based on the recently developed master plan and will include, but not limited to, a small shelter, an area for riverfront seating, plaza with play features, sculpture garden, pavilion space, small amphitheater, parking improvements and will be landscaped with natural vegetation. The Maintenance Bond shall be in favor of Awarding Public Agency for a period of Two (2) years in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount All potential bidders are responsible to read all Bidding Documents and submit questions in writing through the electronic bidding system by 12:00:00 p.m., November 13th, 2024 Bidder must complete the Project in accordance with the Bidding Documents, Addenda, and Oklahoma City Standard Specifications for Construction of Public Improvements within 320 calendar days of date as stated in the Work Order The prequalification application deadline for the project is 12:00:00 p.m., on the 30th day of October 2024
