This report presents the results of a geotechnical investigation conducted for the proposed structures for the 22767 HCI Vineyard medical buildings located in Vineyard, Utah. The purposes of this investigation were to assess the nature and engineering properties of the subsurface soils along the proposed alignment and to provide recommendations for design and construction.
