If necessary, Addenda will be issued pursuant to the Instructions to Bidders. CITY'S RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT BIDS City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. AWARD City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered. FUNDING Any Contract awarded under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS is expected to be funded from revenues generated from user fees, bonds, grants, etc and reserved by the City for the Project.
