As of January 31, 2025, construction is underway and will be complete July 2026. Construction Manager-at-Risk for Collin College, will be accepting proposals from qualified subcontractors for the project located at 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway in Plano, TX. This solicitation is for Collin College Plano Campus Renovations GMP 2 includes all major trades for 165,000SF of existing renovation. DBE firms are encouraged to submit proposals on this project.
