From Boulder City, take Boulder Highway (Route 93) North toward Henderson, NV. Route 93 becomes 515 as you get close to Henderson. Get off 515 at exit 61, Lake Mead Drive, where there is a traffic signal light and the Fiesta Casino. Turn right (east) on Lake Mead Drive and drive approximately 0.8 miles. The dirt road to the switchyard is across from Van Waggonen Rd, on the north side of Lake Mead Drive, and is an entrance to a large chemical plant. Turn left (north) on the dirt road, then make an immediate right at the opening in the hedge. The gate is on the east end. From Las Vegas airport, go south on Paradise Rd toward highway 215.
