Renovation of a fire / police facility in Gresham, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The following scope is based upon MEP Consulting M sheets (found at the end of this document) dated: 09/09/2024 and specifications within the drawing sets per station 1. Provide and install exhaust ductwork, associated fittings, hangers, and exhaust hoods including roofing, sealing, cutting, patching, and painting. 2. Provide and install exterior OSA air intake louvers with dampers and motorized actuators, OSA rooftop air intakes with weighted backdraft dampers including roofing, siding, sealing, cutting, patching, and painting. 3. Provide and install HVAC direct drive inline exhaust fans, direct drive rooftop exhaust fans with back draft dampers including roofing, sealing, cutting, patching, and painting. 4. Provide system air balancing per station. 5. Provide startup and testing. 6. Provide mechanical permits. 7. Provide minimum 1-year parts and labor warranty on all parts and equipment or the manufactures warranty, whichever is longer. 8. The contractor will file all the manufacturer's warranties. 9. The contractor will provide a 2-year workmanship warranty. 10. The contractor will provide closeout documents, warranty letters, balance reports, and O&M's. 11. The contractor will have access to the station's apparatus bays M-F from 7am - 5pm. 12. The contractor will work with the City's project manager on the location of all exterior wall and roof penetrations. 13. The contractor will be required to work with the City's roofing contractor for the roof penetrations at Station 71 in order to maintain our 20-year roof warranty. 14. All controls and electrical are owner provided, owner installed and not part of this bid. 15. The contractor will provide on-site sanitation. Written questions must be received no later than seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled deadline for bids. Apparatus Bay Ventilation Installation Project Fire Stations: 71, 72, 73, 74, 76, and Training Center Ventilation Installation services based upon the scope of work contained in this Invitation to Bid.
