The M&T Bank Stadium Renovations Project Package 11A is an early release package for the renovation work at the stadium. Gilbane Building Company, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages: 04X Masonry (North Plaza) 07X Roofing (North Plaza) 07Y AVB/Waterproofing (North Plaza) 08X Glass/Curtain Wall/Storefront (North Plaza) 10X Signage/Graphics (Field Level Clubs) 11X Kitchen Equipment (North Plaza) 21X Sprinklers (North Plaza) 23X HVAC/Plumbing (North Plaza - Install Only) 26X Electrical/FA (North Plaza - Install Only) 27X Telecom/Security (Northeast Only) 27Z Audio Video (Northeast Only) 31X Site Utilities/Earthwork/Erosion Control (Northwest Plaza) This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 35% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages.
