Engineer No. 2024-015 The work consists of constructing a generational update to the Westerville City Hall complex to centralize the Citys administrative functions within a single, unified campus. The project aims to provide more efficient and innovative delivery of public services for decades to come, promote economic development, centralize customer service, represent the Westerville brand, and provide a cohesive Uptown community experience. Key elements of the work include the complete renovation of the existing City Hall building at 21 S. State Street and the addition of a second-floor connector to the adjacent building at 29 S. State Street. The 29 S. State Street building will also receive a complete renovation and an addition with a new elevator and shaft, new mechanical equipment yard, and site work to increase accessibility The Project Completion Date is April 27, 2026.
