Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harrisonville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work under this Contract consists of the following: Base bid construction of 29.68' X 6.68' arch metal culvert with headwall and wingwalls, 8,900 cubic yards of earthen fill, 3,600 square yards of asphalt road surfacing, 1,900 feet of curb and gutter, 4,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 400 feet of water main relocation, 850 feet of storm pipe, reinforced concrete structures, riprap, and other miscellaneous appurtenances including demolition, excavation, backfilling, compaction, grading, fencing, pavement repairs, and site restoration. The project also includes several bid alternates. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies. Contract Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. Please note: Obtain file release is not automated.
