Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glendora, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Colorado Avenue Et Al. Water and Street Improvement Project will entail water main replacement at ten different street segments along with street signage, paving, sidewalks, and ADA-compliant ramps to enhance community accessibility. These street segments are shown in Attachment A The project will replace approximately 8,500 linear feet of water main with an 8-inch pipe, new water service laterals and new fire hydrant assemblies to meet the City's design standards and specifications. In addition, the project will include paving resurfacing/rehabilitation of existing asphalt at all the streets based on the 2020 Pavement Management Program (PMP). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. TKE Engineering, Inc. - $ 195,225
