Base Bid Includes the delivery of approximately 200 cubic yards of 4000 PSI Concrete to Andrew Reilly Memorial Park. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words ANDREW REILLY MEMORIAL PARK DEK HOCKEY CONCRETE DELIVERY PROJECT The Proposals must be made to the Borough of Jefferson Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein. The Bidder is advised that the Borough will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder based on the total bid submitted. However, The Borough expressly reserves the right to reject all bids, and specifically reserves the right to award to the lowest responsible bidder a contract for all or any portions of the work listed in the proposal, and in awarding a contract for less than the total work listed, or less than all portions of the work listed, the contract price will be determined from the total quantities for each item listed and the unit price bid for each item listed.
