If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued in the event package at website prior to the Bid Opening. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on September 12, 2024, at 11:30 A.M. SECFOR Guard Shack Building, 600 Macon Road Mountain View, CA 94035. Prospective bidders shall meet at the Front Gate Entrance after checking in, to be considered responsive to the bidding requirements of this IFB. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the job walk to allow enough time to check in with security. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Janitorial Services at the National Guard Facilities located at 683 Macon Road Mountain View, California on or around November 2024 through October 2026, in accordance with the technical specifications.
