The Virginia Department of Transportation herein referred to as "VDOT" is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Reinforced Concrete Piping for Grace St in Smithfield The Contractor shall provide a firm fixed price to be all inclusive of all parts, transportation, and delivery of the Reinforced Concrete Pipe as described below. The materials shall have at a minimum the features and specifications listed below. The bidder may be required to provide cut sheets or samples of the product they intend to use. If requested, this information must be provided within 2 business days of request. Freight shall be F.O.B. Destination only. The Concrete Pipe shall be delivered to VDOT- Smithfield AHQ 15308 Waterworks Road, Smithfield, VA, 23430. Freight charges shall be included in the bid price. No additional charges will be allowed. Delivery will be accepted Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Vendor shall call and notify George Bowman at (804) 664-6043 or Curtis Parker at (757) 327- 9265 a minimum of 24 hours PRIOR to delivery. (See Special Term No. 6) The Contractor shall provide material that includes the following minimum specifications: 1. 584' (73 pieces total) of 15" SO CL-IV, 8' Reinforced Concrete Pipe with Gasket 2. One (1) STD. DI-3A REQ'D H=3.9'. INV. 28.83 for 15" pipe diameter 3. One (1) STD. DI-3C REQ'D L=6'. H=3.9'. INV. 28.47 for 15" pipe diameter 4. One (1) STD. DI-3B REQ'D L=4'. H=3.9'. INV. 28.83 for 15" pipe diameter 5. One (1) STD. DI-3A REQ'D H=4.1'. INV. 28.33 for 15" pipe diameter 6. One (1) STD. DI-3B REQ'D L=6'. H=4.7'. INV. 28.22 for 15" pipe diameter 7. One (1) STD. DI-3B REQ'D L=4'. H=3.9'. INV. 25.35 for 15" pipe diameter 8. One (1) STD. DI-3B REQ'D L=4'. H=3.6'.
