This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by BC Transit (the “Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management for Demolition and Site Preparation – Saanich Transit Centre (the “Project”), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This Project is to complete the necessary work including hazardous material abatement, building demolition and soil remediation to prepare a five-acre site of BC Transit owned properties for future development. These five properties located between Glanford Avenue and Commerce Circle in Saanich is the first step in a long-term plan to maximize the industrially zoned properties for a conventional operations and maintenance facility and will ultimately form the Saanich Transit Centre (STC).
