The project is generally described as demolition of existing equipment storage / shop building and construction of a new 6,150 square foot concrete masonry Combo Building. Work will include, but not be limited to, demolition, earthwork, foundations and footings, concrete, masonry, cold formed metal framing, wood framing, roofing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, site work, building finishes and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. A five percent (5%) bid bond is required to accompany this bid. When required bid shall be accompanied by a Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO-10.2, payable to the Owner as obligee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid.
