Renovation of a municipal facility in Flatonia, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 8, 2024 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 10, 2024. Roof Repair/Replacement with a 26 Gauge PBR Exposed Fastener Roof System at the Fayette County Precinct #3 Building at 216 N. Market St., Flatonia, Texas. All rights reserved. Remove existing layer of metal roofing and dispose of. 2. Inspect metal framing (purlins, girts, eave struts) for corrosion. 3. Replacement cost of structural will be an additional cost to the bid accepted. 4. Remove and dispose of existing insulation and replace with R-10 3" VRI White backed Insulation. 5. Install 26 Gauge PBR 20 Year Warranty with eave trim, rake trim and ridge cap. 6. Remove and replace gutters and downspouts. 7. Use long life screws and seal around all roof penetrations. 8. Clean up and haul away all debris associated with roof installation. 9. Include a 5-year contractor's labor leak warranty. Propose bid must include labor and materials to complete in accordance with the above Specifications and attached schematic/scope of work with payment to be made as follows: Payment for materials and then rest of payment at completion of project. All material is Guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications Involving extra costs will be executed upon written orders and will become an extra agreed Upon charge over and above the estimate.
