Graham Construction and Engineering LP ("Graham Construction") as the General Contractor for TransLink's SkyTrain Operation Maintenance Centre (OMC 4) is responsible for administration of the subtrade prequalification and subsequent tendering process as well as contracting with subtrades for the construction work of the project. Submissions are invited for additional yard walkway and handrail subcontractor prequalification for OMC4 building and yard scopes (VMS4). This Request for Prequalification event is an extension of the original posting for trade prequalification ID 202198 posted on BC Bid in 2024. Yard walkway and handrail subcontractors interested in this prequalification should refer to the attachment (one zip package incl. 9 PDF files) of this posting for requirements. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
