The Scope of Work may include, but is not limited to the following: A. The supply, installation, testing, maintenance, assembling, construction, operation, alteration and repair of gas regulated products (supply line and appliances, equipment and accessories); B. New installations, replacements and repairs to domestic hot and cold water piping, sanitary sewer and drainage piping, heating and domestic hot water boilers, hot water storage and gas fired tanks, furnaces (high and mid efficiency), air conditioners, chillers, roof top units, HVAC systems, air handling units, HVAC Controls from pneumatic to minor DDC, heat pumps, compressors, condensers, VAV boxes, fan coils, unit heaters, exhaust fans. C. The supply and delivery of all necessary labour, materials, tools and equipment required to provide the requested services. D. Submission or Preparation of reports and documentation as required by the City (Example: Technical Safety, WorkSafeBC NOPA, BC Onecall Documents, Disposal and dump certificates, material manifests). TIMELINE: The city is requesting Submissions from qualified and experienced mechanical contractors to be registered on its pre-qualified list for mechanical services was awarded.
