Renovation of a municipal facility in Franklin, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For the Johnson County Juvenile Center Classroom and Courtroom Renovation Project Bid security in the amount of 2% of the bid amount, including alter- nates, must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bid Security shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashiers check, or certi- fied check which shall be payable to the Board of Commissioners of John- son County, Indiana. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the con- tract price prior to the exe- cution of contracts. All bids may be held for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days be- fore awarding contracts. The Commissioners re- serve the right to accept or reject and bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. Question Deadline 10/11/2024 All requests for substitution must be in writing, to the Architect, with complete submittal data and must be received at least three calendar days prior to bid date.
