Brooke Tower flooring package for Construction Manager (CM) March-Westin Co. Inc., for areas of the Ground and Main floors as well as restrooms on resident floors March-Westin Company, Inc. invites qualified Bidders to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Flooring package for the Brooke Tower Renovations located on the Evansdale Campus. Bid Responses to be per the following three line items: 1. Each of the ten resident floors (Mezzanine, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) is to be its own line item. Bids sent in as lump sum will be rejected. Construction Schedule: Expected start date for work shall be November 4, 2024. Expected finish date for work shall be April 30, 2025. Cutoff for Questions: Date: September 27, 2024 Time: 5:00pm EST All Questions shall be submitted to March-Westin - WVU will NOT answer questions associated with this solicitation. - Questions may be asked online or via email to March-Westin (estimating@marchwestin.com).
