CR Number: 2113993 All work on this Contract is to be completed within 221 days after the Notice to Proceed. Scope of Work: Delivery and Installation of Theatrical Lighting Fixtures Bids must be submitted electronically in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. The original bid package is to be mailed to the campus after the electronic version is submitted. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority and women owned business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The Campus MWBE Goals are 14% Minority and 16% Women. The Campus SDVOB goals are 6%. Contractors should submit all questions no later than five (5) business days after the virtual Q&A. All questions are to be submitted in writing and can be e-mailed to Richard Merritt at richard.merritt@oswego.edu. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
