Project: Renovations to Old Lawndale Bank Building Location:100 West Main St., Lawndale, Nc 28090 Location Below for the 210 Sq Ft Addition and 1363 Sq Ft Renovation of Existing Bank Building for a Future Coffee Shop and the Infilling of Existing Drive-thru Area to Form Storage Room for the Following Work: Single-prime (All Trades) Bid Submittal the Owner Will Consider Separate-prime Bids as Listed Above. Single-prime (All Trades) Bids Will Also Be Considered. The Provisions of North Carolina General Statutes 143-128, Including Guidelines for Single-prime and Separate-prime Contracting Options and Minority Business Enterprise Participation, Shall Be Observed in Letting and Executing the Work. Applicable Provisions of North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 87 Shall Be Observed in the Receiving of Bids and Awarding of Contracts. Bidders Must Submit With Each Bid Acceptable Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, a Certified Check, a Cashier's Check, or a Money Order (No Cash) in the Name of the Owner in the Amount of 5 Percent of the Bid Amount. No Bids May Be Withdrawn for a Period of 60 Days Following Opening of Bids. Bid Submittal Bid Security Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid in the Amount of 5 Percent of the Bid Amount. No Bids May Be Withdrawn for the Period Disclosed in the Form of Bid. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Minor Informalities and Irregularities. Document notes.
