Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Jackson, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Water System Services Project 1. Mobile sandblasting, priming, and painting exposed piping at the City's water plants and wells Vendor will successfully provide all labor and materials to sandblast to bare metal, prime, and paint the exposed piping at the City's three (3) water plants and twelve (12) water wells per the Mobile Sandblasting and Painting Specification. Sandblasting and disposal of spent media shall be performed in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations. Payment shall be based on each location sandblasted, primed, and painted as per the Pricing Sheet included in the RFP. Project 2. Mobile sandblasting, priming, and painting buildings at the City's sanitary sewer lift stations Vendor will successfully provide all labor and materials to sandblast, prime, and paint the buildings or structures and any exposed piping at the City's 47 sanitary sewer lift station locations per the Mobile Sandblasting and Painting Specification. Sandblasting and disposal of spent media shall be performed in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations. Payment shall be based on each location sand blasted, primed, and painted as per the Pricing Sheet included in the RFP.
