Renovation of a mixed-use development in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Jefferson County Public Schools will receive sealed bids and award contract(s) for: BOILER & CHILLER REPLACEMENT AT FOSTER TRADITIONAL ACADEMY, Louisville, KY. JCPS Board of Education has established goals and good faith effort of 15% participation for Minority Business Enterprises, and 10% for Women Business Enterprises in all construction contracting. JCPS reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner. The electrical scope is also limited to supporting these replacements. JCPS will be purchasing the chillers directly from Trane, but all other equipment shall be contractor furnished. This project consists of a central plant replacement at Foster Traditional Academy in the Jefferson County Public School District. The existing gas-fired hot water boilers and boiler pumps, chillers and chiller pumps, and all existing building pumps will be replaced as part of this project.
